Philip Melville | Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Brighthouse Financial

Philip A. Melville is an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Brighthouse Financial. Brighthouse Financial was spun off from MetLife in 2017. Philip is charged with oversight of the company’s risk profile and mitigation strategies. He is also Brighthouse Financial’s Chief Economist, where he is responsible for developing the firm’s macro-economic and market outlook.

Keisha Chandler | Vice President, Operational Risk Management at Prudential Financial

Keisha Chandler is a Vice President of Operational Risk Management at Prudential with nearly 20 years of Risk Advisory and internal controls experience. She currently supports Prudential’s Group Insurance business division where she provides leadership, direction and support in risk identification, and remediation efforts.  Keisha has served in a risk management capacity across a myriad of business and corporate functions within Prudential and helps to provide a controlled foundation for the achievement of successful business outcomes.

Prior to joining Prudential, Keisha worked for Lucent Technologies in a wide range of financial management roles, including, Financial Reporting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and IT Audit for the company.

Keisha holds a Master of Accounting degree from Babson College and a Bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Miami.

 

 

 

Erin Fox | Senior Director, Insurance Risk Management at the Hartford

Erin Fox oversees insurance risk management reporting for The Hartford’s Middle and Large Commercial business. She is responsible for assessing, reporting, and managing catastrophe risks related to the unit’s insurance portfolio. She supports the business with risk strategy and risk-return optimization for its portfolio.

Erin joined The Hartford in 2019 from Aspen Re where she began her career as a catastrophe risk analyst and ultimately managed catastrophe reinsurance risk and reporting for the for the facultative division. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Quinnipiac University and is a Certified Catastrophe Risk Analyst (CCRA).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Laura Richardson | Assistant Director for Retirement and Income Solutions at Principal Financial Group

Laura P. Richardson is the Assistant Director for Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS) at Principal Financial Group. Laura’s responsibilities include oversight and governance of strategies to identify, assess and manage risk across all RIS business segments in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Laura joined the company in July of 2020. Prior to joining Principal, she served in multiple leadership roles at Wells Fargo including Vice President - Operational Risk Control Consultant with oversight for Retirement and Vice President - Operational Risk Consultant for Business Process Risk Management (BPRM) for Retirement. She also spent time in operations where she managed teams in Fiduciary Tax, Trust Operations, and Wealth & Investment Management.
