Brandon Hopkins, Business Leader - Risk & Reinsurance
Brandon leads Progressive's Capital & Enterprise Risk Management organization, including the following teams: Enterprise Risk Capital; Enterprise Risk Management; and Enterprise Catastrophe Analytics. These teams are responsible for strategy and execution of: corporate insurance and reinsurance programs; capital adequacy modeling and capital R&D; Enterprise Quality and Monitoring; Third Party Risk Management; general ERM oversight including participation in our responsible AI; and developing enterprise-level view of catastrophe risk, developing enterprise view of climate risk, and enterprise-level model calibration.
Prior to joining Progressive, Brandon worked as a reinsurance broker for over 17 years at firms including, Benfield, Aon Benfield, and BMS.
